1. General
1.1 The Company is committed to providing its shareholders and the investment community access to timely, full and accurate disclosures in accordance with the listing rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST”) and the Singapore Code of Corporate Governance 2018.
1.2 All disclosures, including announcements and press releases submitted to the SGX-ST through SGXNET will be made available on the Company’s corporate website as soon as practicable. All disclosures are also subject to regular review by senior management and the board of directors of the Company.
2. Principles of Communications
2.1 The Company strives to provide pertinent and accurate information to its Shareholders and the investment community in an effective and timely manner.
2.2 The Company will communicate only through its designated spokespersons, who will establish and maintain regular dialogue with Shareholders and the investment community, as well as respond to queries from analysts and the media.
2.3 The Company does not respond to rumours – if rumours indicate that material information has been leaked or they are in fact false or inaccurate, the rumours will be promptly denied or clarified via announcements made through SGXNET to SGX-ST.
2.4 The Company does not disclose material information selectively. In the event that any material information is discovered to be inadvertently disclosed to a select group, the Company will ensure that such information is disclosed publicly as soon as possible through SGXNET and the Company’s corporate website.
3. Methods of Communication
3.1 The Company actively engages its Shareholders and the investment community in the following manner:
- Shareholders’ Meetings
The Company’s principal forums for dialogue with Shareholders are the Company’s Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings where Shareholders are encouraged to engage with the Board and senior management on the Group’s business activities, financial performance and other related matters; - Announcements of its financial results
The Company announces its financial statements on a half-yearly basis and observes a “prohibition period” of one month prior to the announcement of its half-year and full-year results. During this period, the Company does not comment on industry outlook, and the Group’s business performance and financial results; - Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports
The Company publishes its annual reports and sustainability reports annually in accordance with the SGX-ST listing rules; - Corporate website
The Company maintains a corporate website (https://singaporeland.com). The Company’s business developments and operations, financial reports, announcements, and other information are posted on its corporate website. Both current information and archives of previously released information can also be found under the “Investor Relations” section of the corporate website. - One-on-one/group meetings

4. Shareholder Privacy
4.1 The Company recognises the importance of Shareholders’ privacy and will not disclose Shareholders’ information without their consent unless required by law. The Company sets out how it deals with Shareholders’ personal data in its Personal Data Protection Policy, found on its corporate website.
