Annual Report 2025

Updates | 08 April 2026

We are pleased to share that our Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (FY2025) is now available.

For FY2025, the Group delivered a net profit of $272.3 million and revenue of $783.1 million. During the year, we made progress in shaping inclusive urban environments, investing in our people, and supporting the communities we serve.

Creating Vibrant Sustainable Places

In 2025, we completed the asset enhancement initiatives at Singapore Land Tower and West Mall, bringing future-ready and experience-driven spaces to both properties.

At Singapore Land Tower, we completed The Exchange, our tenant amenity offering with the opening of meeting facilities at level 4. Over at West Mall, a new basement food wing and refreshed public plaza have strengthened the mall’s community-focused offerings.

For The Clifford at Raffles Place, we seek to raise benchmarks by creating the first commercial building in Raffles Place with triple Platinum sustainability certifications. The 35-storey premium Grade A tower is on track to attain Building Construction Authority’s Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy, and Platinum certifications from LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and the International WELL Building Institute.

Advancing Sustainability Efforts

We strengthened our portfolio’s environmental performance, with the completion of energy optimisation works and equipment upgrades at The Gateway and SGX Centre 2 during the year. As a result, both buildings attained higher BCA Green Mark ratings of Platinum Super Low Energy.

To create a positive work environment, we continued to build on the four pillars of our WISE Framework – Wellness, Inspire, Socialise and Energise by organising close to 50 employee engagement initiatives, such as Family Month and Health and Wellness Month. For our people-centric policies, we achieved 47th position in Singapore’s Best Employers 2025 by The Straits Times and Statista and was the only real estate company in the top 50.

In support of underserved communities, we contributed $420,000 in donations and clocked close to 500 volunteering hours through activities such as a Singapore Oceanarium visit for Jalan Besar Active Ageing Centre seniors, and a cyanotype workshop for Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore students.

As part of our commitment to nurturing future built environment professionals, we hosted a Marina Square site visit for Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s School of Design and Environment students. We also sponsored the Urban Land Institute’s Women’s Leadership Initiative Commendation Award for outstanding female graduating students.
