The latest premium Grade A office tower to be introduced in Raffles Place, The Clifford at Raffles Place (The Clifford) will deliver 405,000 sq ft of net lettable area (NLA) comprising office space, retail and lifestyle amenities.
Designed to meet the evolving needs of global occupiers, The Clifford integrates institutional-grade commercial specifications with service oriented and wellness-centric amenities to enhance performance excellence and long-term business resilience.
“The Clifford reimagines the workplace as a hospitality-led experience, with service, care, and consistency at its core. As work continues to evolve, we believe the best workplaces are those that bring people together—enabling teams to connect, co-create, and thrive. Located in the heart of Raffles Place, The Clifford will offer best-in-class amenities and thoughtfully curated spaces, designed to support our tenants not just as occupants, but as long-term partners on a shared journey of growth,”
– Jonathan Eu, Chief Executive Officer of SingLand.
RAISING THE BENCHMARK FOR SUSTAINABILITY
The Clifford will be the first commercial office building in Raffles Place to attain triple Platinum certifications from Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark, LEED (also known as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and International WELL Building Institute. For BCA’s Green Mark Platinum certification, The Clifford is expected to attain the higher rating of Super Low Energy, as it will achieve more than 40% energy savings compared with typical office developments. With this, the development is well-positioned to cater to the growing demand for spaces that are green-certified.
In addition, The Clifford is the only development with dual-downtown connectivity to the financial districts of Raffles Place and Marina Bay. When completed, it will have a direct underground connection to Raffles Place MRT station and access to Marina Bay waterfront via a second storey link bridge.
A NEW HOSPITALITY-LED WORKPLACE ECOSYSTEM

Designed by UK-based firm PLP Architecture, The Clifford goes beyond traditional office specifications to offer a hospitality-focused workplace ecosystem that supports collaboration, well-being and community engagement.
At approximately 220 metres tall, almost double the height of the former building, The Clifford commands sweeping views of Marina Bay and the city. The tower will deliver a net lettable area of 360,000 sq ft of premium Grade A office space across 21 floors, complemented by 45,000 sq ft of retail and F&B offerings, creating a vibrant, hospitality-led environment for tenants and visitors alike.
Biophilic features, including two landscaped sky terraces totalling approximately 28,000 sq ft, also create conducive spaces for connection and community. In addition to flexible layouts tailored to diverse workplace strategies, a 2,000 sq ft multi-purpose hall offers tenants a unique venue to host large scale meetings, conferences and events.
This attention to detail also extends to the finer user touchpoints at The Clifford such as the design of the dedicated drop-off, suite of end-of-trip facilities and the integration of artwork in the public realm.
